First up if anyone has a real issue with this the let me know, but prior to that please consider my motivation.
I've advocated on the forums overtly and covertly for community jobs in which dissimilar verticals can be created around experienced catalysts.
I would be remiss not to follow up those suggestions in our own process, but that is not the most important reason why I think we should take this next step.
If Critical Mass ramps as hard as I believe it will, it will grow beyond my ability to juggle all the hats necessary to keep us not only professional but also functional.
Simply we will need alot more help to realize our promise.
The other critical feature of this initiative is to start creating "titles" and "roles" that define what you did during Top Secret so your blanket credit as is becomes shaped by activites that the real world understands and appreciates.
It's kinda late right now, but I want to communicate that we will have alot more roles specifically around the actual TS process, like audio, animation, art leads, but for right now Im trying to focus on our process and what we need to extend our efficency.
