Critical Mass needs a people person, someone that not only will handle recruitment for our network, but also will deal with the day to day needs wants and emotional drama that just always comes part and parcel with any social network.

This is a critical role, and regardless of past experience, CM is more interested in the right person for the job that is equal parts patient and constructive.
