    Web/Proggie Manager

Okay we are looking for a couple of things here, primarily we need a team lead that will develop our tools/middleware, using our new platform as a springboard.

Secondly we need you to build and manage a team of assets within CM and beyond, so you need to be a people person to boot.

If you fit the bill, want to be accountable, like working with others and have strong ideas around our evolution, pm or email me.

     Thanks as always.

Thanks Matt for the interest, could you hit me up at my gmail or pm me here with what makes you the guy for the job! I'm not looking for CV's or resumes, nor am I excluding them, but I am interested in what you bring to the table as far as the role and how this empowers CM going forward.

Ok, well i guess I may as well reply here so that everyone can take see if they trust me as their web ninja.

My main qualification is that I am a freelance web developer and currently do work for a professional web design company in Exeter. I've been working with them since September on a diverse range of sites.

In terms of skills I know XHTML (for building pages), CSS (for styling the pages), PHP (server side coding language for creating dynamic pages), MySQL (a popular web database system), Javascript (clinet side dynamic pages) and I am learning AJAX.

I've also been an Admin and web developer for my gaming clan www.the58th.com for the past 2 years

In terms of tools I've made in the past, I have created:

    • News systems
    • User Management systems
    • Galleries
    • Navigation systems
    • Clan management tools
    • Rosters
    • Event-signup systems
    • Personal profile systems
    • Image submission / upload systems
    • Image / text review tools
    • XML feeds
    • Online surveys / polls
    • Dynamic Image manipulation
    • Plus integration of all these things into existing CMS systems
    • Currently writing my own CMS

I think thats everything, if you want any more info let me know!

    That's a sweet clan site!

As for the rest - if you can spell Content Management System backwards in less than 30 seconds, you can be a web ninja! Cool
